Reservation Terms & Conditions
A deposit of R100 per guest is required to secure your reservation is payable within 24hours of making the provisional booking. Please be aware that non-payment constitutes a cancellation of the provisional booking.
Cancellation Policy
15 Minutes holding time, then table will be given away without any prior notice by customer.
Table Allocation
Table allocation is subject to the capacity of the bookings on the day and at the sole discretion of management.
Refund Policy
For tables booked of any size, a 100% refund will be given for any cancellation or modification made by the guest no later than 48 hours prior to your booking.
In the case of a late cancellation or no notification of alteration by the guest or a no show, the full deposit per cancelled or absent guest will be held.
- For tables booked on NEW YEARS EVE we require a full 7 days notice prior to your booking in order to received a full refund.
- For tables booked on VALENTINES DAY we require a full 72 hours notice prior to your booking in order to received a full refund.
- For tables booked on MOTHERS DAY we require a full 72 hours prior to your booking in order to received a full refund.
- For tables booked on FATHERS DAY we require a full 72 hours notice prior to your booking in order to received a full refund.
